Our motors are equipped as standard with bearings from C&U,NSK,NTN,SKF etc.
All bearings are protected from the extermal environment with oil seals in the drive and non drive end.

18. Instruction on Maintaining the Electromotor I. Conditions of Usage Ambient air temperature: -15℃~+40℃ Relative humidity: less than 90%25℃ Height above sea level: lower than 1000m Main power frequency: 50Hz/60Hz Voltage: 220V,380V,400V,690V, etc. Operating method: SI continuous Notoes: For some special electromotors, please refer to the nameplates. Connection type: Power under 3KW selects Star connection Power up 4KW selects Delta connection Special ones will accord to the nameplates Insulation class: B;F Protection class: IP44, IP54, IP55. (For details, please refer to the nameplate.) II. Pre-installation Preparations: 1. Please check if the motor is completely good and dry. 2. Please clean the dust on the motor and the antirust coat of the shaft extension carefully. 3. Please make sure the data on the nameplate meets your requirement. 4. Check whether the motor has been disfigured or damaged and the fastener is breaking off or not. Rotate the shaft manually to make sure it works flexibly. 5. Check if the electrivity in the motor is leaking away. If so, please handle it appropriately and immediately. 6. Use the 500V megohmmeter to test the insulation resistence, the result should be high than 0.5 trillion ohms. If not, please dry the stator winding soon for about 12-16 hours with the temperature of 90 degrees. III. Installation 1. You may drive the motor with coupling, spur gear or belt roller, but it is not recommended using the belt roller to drive the 2P motors with power higher than 4KW and 4P ones 30KW. If the small belt roller is chosen, you may broaden the driving range of the triangle belt. The fan end of the dual shaft extension motors can only be droven with coupling. 2. When drive with belt, the centerlines of the shaft and bearing shaft should be kept parallel, meanwhile the centerlines of the belt and shaft should be vertical; while drive with the coupling, the centerlines of the shaft and bearing shaft should coincide with each other. 3. As vertically installed motor is concerned, the shaft extension is not allowed to bear any device of axial load except for the belt roller or devices that can load like other common belt rollers. 4. Make sure the motor is installed in a place that possesses good ventilation and cooling conditions. No insolation and wetting. IV: Operation 1. The grounding of the motor should be settled appropriately. The grounding devices are in the T-box, and you may use the feet or fastening bolt of flange instead if necessary. 2. You may choose Delta connection or the Star one according to the method on the nameplate or the wiring diagram on the T-box. 3. Generally speaking, in the motor there will be a heat protector of which the rated value should be adjust according to the current on the nameplate. 4. When the D-value between the main power frequency and that on the nameplate is more than 1% or the one of voltage is more than 5%, the motor may not deliver rated power continuously, as the normal one requires no overload. 5. At load or no load, there should be no intermittent and abnormal noise or vibration, and the temprature of the bearing should be lower than 90℃. V: Maintaining and Repairment 1. Keep the atmosphere dry. Often clean the motor and make sure the air inlet is not blocked by the dust, fibre and so on. 2. If the heat protector or the short-circuit protector fuctions continually, you should find out the problem, whether it is the fault of the motor itself or the result of overload or even the rated value of the protector is too low. The motor can rerun only when the operation failure is settled. 3. Make sure that the motor runs smoothly. It is recommended to replenish or change the lubrication if the motor has run for about 2000 hours. It is not necessary to change the lubrication of the sealed bearing within its longevity. But if the operating bearing is overheating or the lubrication goes bad, it should be changed in time. Before changing lubrication, the remains should be cleared, then use gas to wash the bearing and oil groove on the bearing cover. After that, use ZL-3 lithium base greese to fill 1/2 the inner and outer bearing chamber of the 2P motors, and 2/3 that of 4,6,8P motors. 4. When the motor runs, the noise and vibration will increase obviously if the bearing is out of its longevity. Then the bearing should be changed after checking its radial internal clearance. 5. When dismantle the motor, you may take out the rotor from the drive end or non-driving one from which it is more convenient if the fan is not necessary to take down. When pulling out the rotor from the stator, please take care and do not damage the stator winding or insulation. 6. please adjust the phase sequence if the rolling direction of the motor does not comply with the requirements. 7. Check the insulation resistance again if the motor that has stop working for a long time is reused.
